The Worst Halloween ever!

On October 31, 2022, it was a Monday. The temperature is about fifty degrees.

I was biking home from school when an older kid (about thirteen years old) named Ice pushed me off my bike and stole my new $200 shoes! I rode through the leaves and when I got home my parents announced that I would have to take my brother trick-or-treating and I told him to go by himself but he said “It's a full moon the weirdos are out!” I said fine. Then at one of the houses Ice and all of the bullies at my school stealing candy and smashing pumpkins. I told him (Ice) to knock it off then he said “I can see you’re doing a little bit of trick-or-treating but what are you supposed to be, a baby.”

Then pushed my brother I reached for my backpack and found my blue boxing gloves and with all of my power and punched him in the face and knocked him out.”I think I knocked him out.” I yelled to his friends as me and Max (my brother) ran to the Westport Ghost Museum and lit the wrong candle and brought the ghosts back! My brother whispered “this reminds me of the movie “Hocus Pocus!” As we ran to hide. “We’re back!” Said the oldest, ugliest ghost named Johnny, the other ghosts were named Jim and Bob. Before they arrived I was learning about how they haunted the residence from 1653-1693.  In that amount of time they would eat children by luring them in with candy. Then we sprinted out of the haunted musem. Then I came up with a plan! Max would lure them in the house and I would suck them up with the vacuum.

A couple hours passed and they showed up! “Hey uglies!” My brother said. They chased him, then I lunged out from behind then I just realized the candle would only bring them back this Halloween night unless They can eat the children so they can live forever. As I thought about this legend I learned in history today I sucked them up with the vacuum then  as the sun came up all three of them said “What a world what a world!” As they turned into dust and from that day on I learned never to light a candle on Halloween night again!
