Staying Vital

Gaining Inspiration

Vitality can be yours at any age. Try identifying for yourself right now what makes you feel vital. Do you define vitality as that edge of physical exertion, when you are performing at your best? Or does vitality reign in your life when you are creating your best work? Some questions to ask yourself if you are trying to reclaim some of your creative vitality are: 1. What brings you the most light? 2. Is there a way to work that respects the exact place where you are in your life today? 3. What activities or times of the day make you feel most alive? Can you do more of them? Reschedule your day to have more of that time devoted to your creative work?
