Fall leaves fall

by Henry Hall

Leaves are hanging from long big branches,

Coming down like avalanches.

The tops of trees cannot be seen,

The colors of leaves are like emerald green.

Leaves are yellow, red, and brown,

And they’re changing colors, here in town.

We carve pumpkins, and jump in leaf piles

Everything, will give you big smiles

When halloween comes, we all come together

And collect some treats, in merri-weather.

While squirrels scamper the ground, and collect food to eat

And make their homes, nice and neat

But until winter starts, and it starts to cool down

Let's end autumn, without a frown.
